Proper supervision is key to a successful contract, that’s why our business development manager Chris Andrews makes regular visits to each job in order to maintain the highest standards from our company and its employees.
Our directors Kevin Andrews and Stephen Lambert make regular spot check inspections, and provide senior level assistance to all of our staff and our customers at all times. Magic Wand always arrange defined service level agreements prior to each job to ensure that expectations are met on every project.
We insist on setting out clear service agreements from the outset.
This will cover any issues relating to responses, timescales, and service quality.
Our business development manager Chris will then make sure that these parameters are consistently met on each and every project.

Our health and safety is independently managed by an independent outside company called the Eastern Builders Safety Group Ltd. This group assists us with the complicated tasks that revolve around health and safety in working environments.
We receive updates pertaining to any changes in health and safety legislation, so we’re ready to implement any necessary changes in practice with immediate effect.
All our H&S policy documentation is updated on a frequent basis due to the ever changing legal requirements set out by the government.
Once you’ve chosen us as your cleaning company, risk assessments and method statements will be produced for each and every aspect of your contract.
Equipment safety checks are carried out before we begin any project and we comply with PAT testing of all equipment every 3 months.
Our staff are comprehensively COSHH trained in the use of all cleaning equipment, products, and materials.
We will liaise with you to highlight any risk as we undertake the cleaning process and provide you upon request with a health and safety manual and guarantee, which both demonstrate that all procedures are being taken in by our staff and adhered to at all times.
All staff are supervised by a senior colleague throughout the cleaning process, in order to ensure the well-being of everyone involved.
